• CCRs require residents of Dora Elizabeth Court, Marilyn Court and James Edmon Court to join the HOA. Effective 2021, residents of Jim Houston Court may voluntarily join section 3 of the HOA.

• References to "North" sections of a street reflect the section furthest from Haynes Drive (north of Jamison Place Boulevard)

• References to "South" sections of a street reflect the section closest to Haynes Drive (south of Jamison Place Boulevard)
